[MERGED] Ingram pulled up..lost game (2 Viewers)

I'm not buying it. I'm not going down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories, but that was one of the strangest things I've seen in a crucial situation like that. I don't care what transpired after this play or if this inept coaching staff even told players to not go out of bounds to keep the clock running. This was completely on Ingram and far more egregious than the Marcus Williams whiff tackle. I know Williams play occurred in the playoffs, but there were excuses that can be made for what transpired. This was inexcusable and as much as I want to let it go, it simply doesn't smell right! Every time I watch the play it looks worse because he is not even slightly limping until after he runs 3 yards out of bounds.
It was bad enough that I'm not going to call you crazy for being suspicious.

Lastly, I feel bad for players like Cam Jordan. He plays from the snap of the ball till the whistle blows. That Man Never Takes a Play Off. Mr. Jordan was balling his rear off last night and Ingram pulls up short. Ingram is a veteran. Veterans don't play like that. Also, Alvin Kamara, a pro-bowler and a veteran was a non-factor.

DA and his staff stink but so do some of our beloved veterans.

Agree on all of this

He was hurt a couple plays before when he got tackled. They put his hurt a$$ back in to do that! Our coaches can’t be this slow! Can’t be!!
What does that have to do with him running out of bounds a yard short without even stretching the ball out and could have gotten the yard without contact?

He didn’t didn’t crumble down, he didn’t grab his leg, he didn’t limp, he already ran 9 yards just fine, there was no big hit in front of him.

Being injured plays before has nothing to do with this play…

This speaks loudly to the character of people. We always talked about how we have "high character guys". Well its easy to say that when things are going well. You can really only tell the true character of someone when things are going bad and they are facing adversity. It seems that we don't actually have many "high character guys" at all. Cam Jordan is a "high character guy". Other than him you can see now that there are not many others.

Cam Jordan has disappeared in plenty of games. But he does not have anyone opposite of him either. He doesn't ball out every game though. I'm sure he takes plays off. They all do.

They literally showed him on a knee on the sideline, injured. Soon as his momentum stopped, he went down.
He didn’t! he ran right into another guy on the sideline and stopped… he didn’t go down, he was fine…

I don’t get these excuses from people… This is UNACCEPTABLE…

its only a conspiracy until proven true, like alot of things these days

Whatever Mark, you made a Business decision, much like other players have been doing all year.
That’s the problem, it wasn’t a business decision. There wasn’t a hit coming. Maybe a push.

But as mad as I was/am, taking responsibility for your actions goes a long way for me.
