If he needs wide open WR's to be an efficient QB then the NFL isn't for him. Most passes in the NFL are timed passes to tightly covered receivers. Unless he lucks out and finds an OC that can scheme receivers open all the time then he's going to have throw to covered WR's. Like another poster said, he is very erratic with his throws. One pass can be an accurate laser 40 yards downfield and the next he can over throw the receiver 10 yards away. If he's still there in the 5th or 6th maybe, but definitely not worth a 1st-3rd pick.However, you might have noticed the struggles all season for separation for any Gator receiver not named Pearsall. This can make a QB look inaccurate, and possibly like they aren't making the best decisions.
