Carr could have prevented all of this by being better than an average QB (on his best day) for 11 years. If he was good, the Raiders would have never let him go. When they did, there would have been teams beating his door down to get him signed and locked up long term.
In addition, all of this "Moore wants him" stuff means nothing right now. I'm happy with the hire, but really, no one knows what he is going to do as an actual head coach. I don't think hitching his wagon to career losers like Carr is the best idea.
