Somebody find Bill and take all of his electronics. Take the car keys too so he can't drive anywhere to watch the game.

Should just start doing what my friends and I did when we wanted to throw a big block party in college. We would buy the one family with a kid on the block tickets to something in Dallas and a hotel room for the weekend.

For Bill it would be cheaper. For a day game just pool together and get him a tee time at tipoff, and a night game tickets to a movie or show or something.
