It’s been an exciting first day of this tournament. Lots of close games and more than a few upsets. And still a bunch of close games in progress.

Vandy & Bama are the only SEC losses of the day.
Grambling & Wake Forest are the teams that were shutout. But it’s looking like there will be others to go scoreless before the night is over.

Things looked promising for a few of the Louisiana teams that played today.
So far LSU is the only one to get into the winner’s bracket. While Tulane still has a chance, La Tech is getting blitzed and has never looked competitive. Not a good record by the local teams so far.
