Yep, you got it- a monitor lizard.. the one i saw is on the smaller side, i saw one the other day that was much larger but i was unable to get a pic before that one skidaddled.. and apparently the other park (other than the one I frequent) is completely overrun with them every morning.. which seems a little terrifying .

Yea I still couldn’t tell you the first thing about Finland. GF tried to get me to go last year but we had only been dating 3 months and I thought I’d screw up the relationship after she bought the ticket. Still don’t know when I’ll go but we are shopping tickets to Asia for March. Going to spend 5 weeks in SẼ Asian treating as if I will never make it back. Never thought I would go there before Europe.

holy cow those candies are good though. I kind of thought one of you many have heard of them. They have a little pair of tongs to pick them up in the box. I took that to mean, don't just tilt the box and fill my mouth up.

I went to Helsinki just over a year ago, very friendly and no need for shorts.
