"29. New Orleans Saints - Michael Griffin, S Texas
Scouts just love this guy’s size and athletic ability, which should push him into the later stages of the first round. With Omar Stoutmire hitting 33 years old before next season, the Saints will probably be looking for a replacement."

LOL! If we take a safety in the first, what are we going to draft in the 2nd?

He has Brian Brohm, not Brady Quinn, going 1st overall. Looks like it was before Louisville's win over West Virginia, too.

Then again, here's to show you what this guy knows:

"29. New Orleans Saints - Michael Griffin, S Texas"

His pick for us is stupid with Harper and Bullocks.

Brohm will be a much better pro QB then Quinn, so he makes sense there.

According to his draft McCauley (Fresno CB) is still on the board.
Would likely be a better choice.

I saw another mock which has taking Merweather at 16.

Are our Safeties that bad or do these guys just not have a clue.... Ill leave that one up to you.

I don't have a problem with Brohm going over Quinn. It very well could happen. His pick for us is just stupid though. CB or LB.

No CB please. They rarely perform as rookies and with 3 aging CBs already, I'd rather sign a young guy in FA than risk a 1st-rounder. Quentin Jammer, anyone?

Jammer is not going to be a FA. He already resigned.

Nate Clements is an option.

And it's way too early to be doing mock drafts. Maybe top 50 playes or something, but mock drafts? No way...

What seems to be more significant is that he feeks we will be in the NFC championship game.

Patrick Willis, ILB Mississippi, still on the board at 27. This is the guy we need in the first round if he is there.

Tells you everything you need to know there. He doesnt even know that Harper was on his way to DROY before his injury, and that Omar's just a backup

I would take his there, you get really good value at that spot for a guy as good as he is. He played lights out against Auburn recently.
