Ditto. I am very sad that he left the team. I don’t think he left the team because he hated New Orleans. I think he left the team because he was burned out and needed a break. We get so caught up in somebody’s profession i.e. coach. That way, forget that these people are human just like you and I. Maybe he was just burned out.

Still don’t understand why he left New Orleans. He should stop referencing it. It would only make sense to reference your previous job in a positive way, otherwise, it makes you look stupid. He’ll be out of Denver in 4 years max.

He left because there are no more challenges here and he wants to be the first head coach to win a Super Bowl with 2 different teams. You can't do that if you never go coach a 2nd team.

In fact, I think people that are upset over it are acting like children, but there's no reason to compare his new team to ours and say what we are doing is no where near as good as his new team. Keep our name out your mouth Sean, you didn't have to coach this year. We could've said no and held onto your rights for as long as possible.

He made some of the worst draft picks in our history(Davenport/for 2 number ones), all the DE's and offensive linemen of the last 3 years
