I've honestly stopped watching AFR. Don't know if he's trying to draw clicks/views by posting bait-y content, but the quality of his content has gotten way too reactionary and has been consistently crapping out awful takes all offseason thus far.

Doesn't really help that Matt already has a super grating personality regardless, I guess.

His content is very low IQ and low hanging fruit. I stopped watching months ago. If I want to hear about the Tigers, I'll go on over to tigerbait, nobody does it better than they do. Saints, nobody does it better than underhill and trip at the moment and they just added Brook Kirchhofer from WWL sports to be on their podcasts.

This wasn’t shade being thrown by Sean. He is saying that the analytics are nothing like he has seen before. There is nothing wrong with saying that, growing up under the middle class bar, I didn’t realize what I was missing out on until I went to college, and my top was really blown off when I got my first job in banking, and I saw how the 1% invested, lived, and led their families.

There is the saying that you don’t know what you don’t know, and this seems to be one of those cases. By moving to Denver he has been exposed to more than what he was exposed to here in New Orleans.

I wish Sean nothing but the best. He made this team what it is. If I ever catch him at a restaurant or bar I will be sure that he isn’t picking up the tab. I owe that much to the man that got us a Super Bowl title.

As for afr, I still listen a few minutes most afternoons. But when he double downed on a negative take about Carr and kept insisting that the dude was mid or late 30s, I realized he was being something of a troll. You can't keep spouting obviously false facts to support a hot take.
