Called 911 to get a free ride home. Officer gave him a break and offered to call a cab. He declined because he had no money and started walking home. So he doubles down and calls 911 again. They arrest him this time for abuse of the 911 system. "Oh, and officer, did I mention that I have some pot in my possession?" The tattoo of Florida on his forehead is the pièce de résistance.
