For a RB, there could be worse things. As long as the team doesn’t entirely stink out of the gate, we could actually benefit from this. Kamara will have fresher legs in the second half of the season. Get Kendre Miller some real work in, too.

The $100K to the victim appears to be a component of the plea deal - which I believe is separate from the civil/tort lawsuit filed by the victim.

But I think this appears to show that the victim consented.

The $100K does NOT preclude a much larger payout in a civil suit. I’d bet Alvin settles that one very quietly and puts this behind him. We’ll certainly never know what the civil suit settles for.
