that's why it makes no sense that the saints would trade their best player. DA is on the hot seat, and i have no doubt if they don't improve next year, he's gone. so in what world would be trade his best player?

This doesn't make much sense to me. The Chiefs have Isiah Pacheco, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, La'Mical Perine, and Jerick McKinnon (IR) and Keaontay Ingram along with Deneric Prince on their practice squad. Looks like click bait fantasy stuff but I'd be all for the Saints trading Kamara if they can get good value in return while moving on from his salary and considering his age even though I think in the right offense AK41 still has the juice to show out.

Carolina stinks from the top down. They also don’t have the cap issues that we do. Kamara isn’t the only reason we are competitive. If KC offered a 2nd, 3rd, and 5th then we take that deal.

honestly tho, could the chiefs even afford Kamara with Mahommes contract? they will also need some WRs. If thery are gonna have to sacrifice defensive players for cap reasons, it'll be for WR, not RB.

Per OTC the Chiefs look to have $20.4M in cap space to start this off season. They can easily afford Kamara's $11.8 cap hit they would take on the $11.8M cap hit. If they wish they could do a restructure to lower it even more. It will be just a matter if the "wow" the Saints with an offer they can't refuse.
