Amy Trask “Warns”Saints Fans about Allen (2 Viewers)

I was not excited about the hire, I thought the process was not really a process and was lazy because I find it hard to believe Loomis could not find a better Coach out there when nobody was even interviewing DA for a Head Coaching job, much like Winston nobody was knocking on his door when Payton retired. Now we see what a DA Coached Team looks like when we should not be surprised based off his stint in Oakland and we should not be surprised about Winston either with his stint in Tampa....

when you think about it this is a terrible marriage for the Saints, we are fools to think DA and Winston can take the Saints to the heights of Payton and Brees.

I'll use the word 'leadership' loosely

This speaks to me - the folks hosting her were alluding to it may being too aggressive of a style, but based on her vibe about it and what I've seen thus far... it's non-existent. There is no leadership.

Stay on topic, this is about DA, not Winston or Book :ROFLMAO:

I think we all recognize the move was likely more about continuity than any single leadership trait or coaching style. Loomis wanted to "continue" with the status quo so who better than Payton's guy. They kept Carmicheal and even brought back in Payton's former OC in Marrone. I believe Loomis thought that DA was plug and play and that was familiar to Loomis and Mrs. Benson. Unfortunately, just being around Payton is not the same as being Payton...

You still waving this excuse?
Lol! Get over yourself sister. Your glass jawed attempt at an “i told you so” is impotent & premature. Come back w/this garbage when DA’s been fired & maybe then you’ll get the attention youre so thirsty for. Injuries, a suspect QB situation & individual players not making the plays in front of them are more on the players than the coaches. The players are literally echoing this sentiment. But hey…100% keep your hate alive & strong. Some peeps really need that in their lives to feel important lol!

:muahaha:

They're finding ways to lose games instead of finding ways to win them.

Regardless of whether you think it's fair or not, everything rolls downhill and lands on the doorstep of the HC.

As Bill Parcells said, "You are what your record says you are..."
That's not how that analogy works but I know what you mean.

.this is what I am thinking as well based on what we have seen here. No accountability. I am glad Kamara addressed the team last week, but the fact that a player says we have to start holding ourselves and each other accountable makes me think the coaching staff isn't doing that.

That was incredibly vague. Even when pressed on it, she gives zero specifics. Absent anything to consider, she just comes across as somebody who wants to be part of a story.
That is one possibility. A good possibility. It could also be, she doesn’t want to go into detail because of respect for Dennis Alllen
