Or, (hear me out) he is her weed guy. That is one possibility. A good possibility. It could also be, she doesn’t want to go into detail because of respect for Dennis Alllen

Well, great teams police themselves and hold each other accountable..this is what I am thinking as well based on what we have seen here. No accountability. I am glad Kamara addressed the team last week, but the fact that a player says we have to start holding ourselves and each other accountable makes me think the coaching staff isn't doing that.
Also it has been reported that AK had to speak to the team after Thursday. Almost confirms the Leadership from DA is missing.I'll use the word 'leadership' loosely
This speaks to me - the folks hosting her were alluding to it may being too aggressive of a style, but based on her vibe about it and what I've seen thus far... it's non-existent. There is no leadership.
You can see it in games and interviews that there is a leadership gulf, and the overall product we see on Sundays speaks for itself.
He seems very passive. In his defense, I am sure taking over someone else’s team that you were a subordinate of has to be awkward in some ways, especially if you don’t win early when your predecessor in fact did.
Does that make her critique not valid considering we are 2-5?So someone that was an executive of a team that was bad for 20 or so years has an opinion on one of the many head coaches and that is supposed to be relevant? BTW I don't remember
her being hired by another team so possibly she was part of the problem with the raiders?
I did have a problem with the Saints process of hiring the next coach, it smacked of the lazy, just give it to the default choice (similar to LSU and Orgeron)….That said, I was really counting on the notion that having coached under CSP for years now, some of those traits would rub off on DA…..Apparently not…..at least so far….and time is running out on this season…..
It looks like time will not be running out for anyone in the NFC South. We could be 5-11 with the division on the line in week 17. The NFC South is the new NFC East, but worse. The NFL might have to resort to shortest straw amongst the 4 teams to force someone to win the division.
We will hear 'as bad as weve played, were still 1 game out of the division lead' the rest of the season.

He looks like a deer in the headlights during postgame pressers, trying to explain his team's lack of emotionPretty much this. This is why I voiced that it was a mistake to hire him early in the "interview" process. Internally promoting DA to carry on Payton's system, with Payton's staff, and Payton's players always meant that DA was going to be viewed as "the substitute teacher". What did he possibly show in terms of personallity and sideline demeanor indicated that he was equipped to be THE leader of this football team?
Oof! I'm sick again
