I don't want to pry, but assuming that people that are vaccinated that are now getting covid are not going to experience near the same virus as those that got it while un-vaccinated.

If you don't mind me asking are/were either of you vaccinated before contracting covid?

If you don't want to answer that question, please don't feel pressured to do so.

As previously mentioned, I got Covid before the Vaccine was available to the public and it was by far, the worst thing I've ever experienced.
I was down for almost 2 weeks and I'm still dealing with lingering effects.
I also had Covid prior to the vaccine in Nov 2020 (health care worker) but I felt horrible for only 2 days. After about 10 days I had a follow up with my primary who said I was clear to resume going to the gym and running as tolerated. Do you have any underlying conditions that may have exacerbated your Covid?

Maybe

Some people are just contrarians who refuse or rebel against anything that's popular or mainstream

The article says as much "specialist in 18th-century music who tends to distrust the trends of the masses"

If 18th century music or cellos became the new "it" thing in Italy, he wouldn't celebrate it, he'd probably turn his nose up, maybe even give it up, or rage that he was into it before anyone else was

If 99% believe, accept, think, do X some will always be in that 1%

Is your coworkers wife now pro-vax after her ordeal or is she still with him?
There's "contrarian," and then there's full on Ignatius J. Reilly.

Never go full Ignatius.

Middle daughter tested positive on a home kit on Sunday Jan 9. My youngest and I (and my middle) tested positive on Tues Jan 11. My oldest and my wife never tested positive.

We re-tested today at the same facility. Youngest is now negative. Wife and oldest are still negative. Middle and I are still positive. Zero symptoms between us for several days (and our symptoms over time varied from "I feel perfectly fine" to "hmm I guess maybe I feel a little something, maybe, if I really stop and think about it"). Makes me wonder if we are positive yet non-infectious at this point. Anyone have any data on the chances of that being the case?

I know it doesn't seem possible, but Darwin is tired, folks. Give him a rest.
Nah, give Darwin a B-vitamin drip and a Red Bull. As evidenced by the video, many more people want a visit.

The lastest - inhaling hydrogen peroxide.

Man, if folks don't water it down (even then, it's dangerous over time)..... Basically gonna burn your nasal passageways and other oropharyngeal surfaces. Not sure if burns to the point of bleeding could then get oxygenated enough to cause arterial gas embolism, but it is a risk from ingestion of concentrated H2O2.

Hydrogen peroxide is a caustic. And concentrated exposure can lead to respiratory failure.

But, but, it kills the vax too!

Well, COVID cant settle into your lungs if you can't breathe. CHECKMATE, vax-tard!
