There are federal, state and local laws, not just the Constitution. Whatever your political persuasion, those laws apply to everyone.

Getting vaccinated was never made a legal requirement, so we all had a choice. That said, as good citizens, we should be willing to make good choices and not misinformed ones.

wait, i only have to follow the laws in the constitution? Boy, are my local cops gonna T'd off when i'm doing 90 through the subdivision yelling 'you can't touch me, its not in the constition!!!!'.. lol

And i never saw where it was ever gonna be made a law where to get the vaccination.. sure they were pushing laws to make it a requirement to work and go to school, but even in those cases, no one would force you to get it, you still would have the choice to not get it..

I agree 100%,but he is right about one thing. Facebook did censor and remove some posts that contained
misinformation. Those posts were claiming Ivermectin, adding bleach to drinking water etc etc. were cures
for Covid. Personally,I'm glad they did.

Yes, I'm talking about government mandated censorship. But yeah, there has been some censorship of the most blatant lies, which was more than justified, but not censorship of people stating their opinions about vaccines.

Facebook, Twitter censored comments regarding "If you get the vax and booster, you will not contract or spread Covid" I called that out to be a lie, Guess what, I was censored and suspended.
And keeping with being censored, but not Covid........I posted about the Biden laptop back in December of 2020. Once again, I was censored.

Yeah, A lot of people associate the actions of a private business with the actions of the government. They work
under a different set of laws that can vary from state to state.

FB is a private business. It's the same with this forum. Andrus could ban anyone if he wanted to regardless of the
reason.
