Arrow - Spoilers galore (1 Viewer)

Sorry, I didn't think I needed to break it down . i didn't mean are they married, I'm curious why she keeps calling him that. She doesn't really have a sense of humor. They are not together

It was just to remind viewers that, in the eyes of The League, they are husband and wife since that came into play during the duel scene.

That scene, by the way, fell pretty flat for me. Not only was the fight between Malcolm and Ollie far too brief, but the way some of the lines were delivered, it really felt like the two were conspiring against Nyssa. The other scenes between Barrowman and Amell, however, were extremely well done.

Edit: right now story line is dark but in better times I can see him jokingly calling her "honey" or something. Just don't understand it coming from her.

I think it was just her reminding him of the relationship, and obligations to the League. She was drawing from where ever she could to try to get the upper hand in the situation.

Man, I used to love this show so much, but ever since the second half of last season, it feels like it's just become one big soap opera centered on Olicity. Everything seems to have taken a backseat to that relationship, and Felicity has gone from being a cool, fun, accessible character, to being a whiney, annoying, insufferable sow. Ollie used to be such a bad-***(albeit a brooding one). Now, he's more of a pining, emo wimp. It's so frustrating.

Yeah, this show just seems to be sputtering. I had hopes for the earlier part of the season and things seemed like they were improving, but they've fallen back into their old habits of bad writing and weak characterization. The flashbacks are also now completely pointless. They should have been abandoned after season 2.

And soap opera is exactly right. That's exactly what it feels like. Unlike The Flash, which very much always feels like the writers are building towards something and have well placed plot reveals that crescendo at just the right time, Arrow feels like they're bouncing around trying to figure out a narrative path forward and can't ever settle on anything other than falling back on more Oliver/Felicity nonsense.

I was all about the show for the first two seasons. Last season was rough and I fell behind a lot. Damian Darhk and the HIVE plot showed promise at first, but it's sputtering again. Badly. Flash remains appointment viewing and I've really turned around on Supergirl, but Arrow is just kind of an afterthought now.

It sits in my DVR until I get really bored. This season is cheesy and bad. It's Vampire Diaries with a bow.

That was actually pretty rough tonight. At least one show this week lived up to its promise of a major death without resorting to a cheap stunt.

I'll also say this episode didn't suffer at all by having very little of a certain character who doesn't show her face until the end.

But it also made her look weak as hell saying she loved him or whatever after all the crap he has pulled on her over the years.
