Arrow - Spoilers galore (1 Viewer)

I still prefer Supergirl, but this has been a close second this season. Flash is losing me a bit and I've always been luke warm on Legends.

I'm somewhat the opposite. I like Arrow a bit more than the others because of it's edginess and I always enjoyed the backstories in Oliver's life which gives context to his decision making in his current life.

I like both Supergirl and Flash in their own way also. I agree that Flash has kinda fallen off for me. I'm impatient though. They're spending too much time talking about the confrontation with Savitar. I'd rather them focus more on existing confrontations than them worrying constantly about something that is months away. They're stringing things out a bit too much imo.

Legends has actually grown on me a bit. I really didn't like it at first and thought it was entirely too cheesy. But I guess when talking about time travel, it's always gonna have a level of cheesiness. Once you embrace that, the show isn't half bad.

Agree with all of this.

Arrow was so disappointing last season. And that is an understatement. It has found a good vibe this season, becoming more action and plot and less relationshippy. Still, the bits with Rene and Lance last night were great. Bummed about Ragman, though. Really hope he gets his powers back.

I like Supergirl. The Flash will never completely lose me, but it is getting repetitive. Legends really doesn't even follow their own time travel rules, but the show is fun, and between Mick, Sara, Merlyn, Thawne and Darhk, the characters/performers make up for the plotholes.

Legends is just supposed to be a fun, campy show. Arrow lost it's way a bit last season (or two) but seems to be back on track. Flash to me is a bit of a combination, with some fantastic characters but definitely a deeper story to tell with the intermingling of the timelines. Can't wait for the Grod 2 parter, I'm a show or two behind.

The Grod episodes have a lot of potential. Looking forward to it.

That was a rough Public Service Announcement.

And the "resolution" at the end wasn't even really explained.

If you're gonna get into political issues, have Ollie be more like the traditional comic Ollie who is very opinionated, not the unsure "haven't decided" one we got here.

I really don't want my CW super hero shows getting political. Plus, on this issue, it feels disengenious when one of the characters you added this year is a gun-toting vigilante in a hockey mask.

I also wish they hadn't wasted Willa Holland's limited episode count on what basically, felt like a filler/throwaway episode. Essentially, it was 80s-style "Tonight, on a very special episode of Arrow."

That said, I didn't hate the episode at all. I did enjoy getting a Wild Dog origin story. The episode just did nothing to further the overall arc of the season.

The episode was too preachy, both on gun control and political debate. I watch these shows to get away from that crap, I go to the PDB to get my fill.

Thank goodness. I could do without the drivel spewed last week. It just sorta ruined the rest of the episode for me. This one was much better.
