I see you both are very drunk already.
Let's pretend I posted the Nic Cage "bees" gif
it is actually a really good movie. similar to the original, but so different that it was almost an entirely different move story line. It's a movie you wouldn't think you would like, but it's so bizarre, you have to like it. Keeps you paranoid for the rest of your life. lol

actually, i think i like both the same.Never seen the original, the re-make is plenty; Don't need to see the original. Not really a fan of mental anguish. I'm already suffering from Kim Shattuck's death and global shut down. The $1200 pay day felt pretty good to be honest though. Also, munching on lentils and rice.
You like the original better than?

if you liked, or even watched, midsommar, you'll love the original. there are a few things you will notice that are definitely an inspiration.
definitely agree. don't get me wrong, i love the movie, but wonka could have been portrayed much better.Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka
A far cry from Gene Wilder
Depp is very talented
I think is another example of mis performance vs miscasting

I have no idea what you're smoking. While the original is a well done B movie with an interesting - and different for its time - premise, and a great performance from Christopher Lee, the remake is cheesy, overacted, and generally uninteresting.it is actually a really good movie. similar to the original, but so different that it was almost an entirely different move story line.
