Birds: Nature's ***holes (2 Viewers)

I did make a Facebook post that night that said "To Kill a Mockingbird. At 4 a.m. The one outside my window who hasn't shut up for days!"

That hawk must have been reading up on Sun Tzu or Oswald Boelcke.
:plus-un2: for the Oswald Boelcke reference from the Age of Chivalry in the air. After Boelcke's funeral English pilots flew over the field and dropped a wreath.

"On 5 January 1916, Boelcke shot down a British B.E.2c biplane of No. 2 Squadron crewed by Lt William Somervill and Lt Geoffrey Formilli. He maintained contact with the two men when they were hospitalized and went to great lengths to deliver a letter Formilli wrote, informing people he was still alive. Formilli wrote, " PS. It was Boelcke who brought us down,” and Boelcke's kindness led to the newspaper comment that he was a "Gentleman Pilot". The letter was auctioned by Formilli's family in 2012."

Carry on

That goose is lucky that wasn't me. I'd have beat it to death. Lordy, do I despise those things.

You're welcome to come over and eliminate the ones around our place. They make a ton of noise, block traffic and crap everywhere. Not to mention they get aggressive when I'm just trying to take a stroll. Drives me batty.

i'd like to hear y'all talk that mess to this guy

Martins are bad here at work. They nest in the pipe gates surrounding the buildings. I did not know that birds can growl. Some days you have to wear your hard hat just to get out of the building

if folks ever wondered what the fences were for on North end of Causeway...BEE Martins.

coming soon.
