He’s just a local drunk at this point. He’s entertaining from time to time but makes us look stupid more often than not. If he can’t say anything nice he should probably keep his mouth shut

We did give up a lot of points in those playoff games. Defense didn't perform like a top D. Build a team around D and running game then expect the QB to win it for you in the playoffs.

Only thing about him I really remember is he left the Saints and went to Atlanta, gloating about his big contract. I'm not sure how he rebranded himself into some sort of Saints legend. He was Mediocre at best. Flip a coin between him in Aaron Brooks in my opinion ( just going from memory, not stats).

That would require self-awareness on Booby's part and he's thoroughly shown that's not a quality he possesses. He loves to make the claim of being "The first QB to lead the Saints to the playoffs," but never acknowledges the fact that he literally threw away any chance at those teams ever winning a playoff game with his pathetic play.

Bobby is awesome. He is funny and knowledgeable - and most of us have said a thing or 2 about a player we are frustrated with. He doesn’t actually hope Eli Apple goes to IR he just wants someone else to start over him. I love listening to Bobby. He’s a fan who happens to be about as knowledgeable as they come. Not only that he’s a big reason that Coach Oeaux played college football and thus by extrapolation became a coach. He’s fun as heck.

Ditto! Bobby is a part of the family. I don’t want to see anyone lose their job, but there is no reason to go off on Bobby.

My biggest regret as a child was thinking this guy was something to look up to. He is a gigantic idiot and I have no idea why anyone wastes their time listening to him.

I wasn't a child but was in my early 20's but everyone loved him as he was a LA local guy....I feel the same way, WWL should be ashamed, he is an absolute tool....

Bob Mitchell (?) or Tommy Tucker was on this a.m. It's Tucker's normal radio show ... 6 -10 a.m. or something. Anyway, whoever was hosting this morning kept calling this morning's segment "QB to QB". Maybe a replay from yesterday evening?

EDIT: I see what St. Greg just wrote. Yeah, I think Tommy Tucker just messed up this morning and flubbed the name of the segment.

(Man, was it Tucker or Mitchell this morning? Cannot recall)

This morning was Mitchell filling in for Tucker. I listen to that show for the two minute drive from home to work.

Why would anyone want Apple to go to IR even if they want Jenkins to start in is place? Yeah, screwing up our depth is something all Saints fans should look forward to. Makes total sense.
