The toxinout is basically just a multivitamin. It has massive doses of Vitamin C and B1, as well as a huge dose of Zinc. Considering overconsumption of Vitamin C just gets expelled from the urine, its pretty harmless and also useless. Just eat an orange. I'd say vitamin B1 overdosing is also fairly harmless, but again completely useless.
The very large dose of Zinc is definitely potentially harmful. Selenium as well. And while the doses in the Toxinout are not above the harmful level themselves, you still have to consider your normal diet in factoring in intake.
As for the detoxigreen, again its really no different from a multivitamin. I wouldn't call them directly harmful, but they certainly don't completely "cleanse your system of toxins," whatever that even means.
And the Colonix is, surprise surprise, fiber!! How amazing...
Basically you just paid $150 for a box of kashi high fiber cereal and a multivitamin. Congratulations, thats called a rip off. You should have consulted someone first, they could have saved you $130 you could use to buy film to photograph your poo..
In light of your other heart disease thread which didn't generate much interest, and in light of your rather unimpressive knowledge of all things medical, I'd say this is all fairly suspect...
I never begrudge someone the ability to piss their money away on a scam. Its your money, you can use it to light your cigarettes for all I care. But don't think you can go around trying to push this junk on others and not get called out on it.
I could send it back. They offer a 100% Guarantee. It's not a problem but still, I'm going to continue to take it since there is really no harm.
