Boycott Chick fil a? (3 Viewers)

Even ignoring the other stuff, I'd go to Popeyes over CFA 10 times out of 10.
I am with you, but my wife and i do not share the same opinion. The biggest reason we end up with Popeyes over CFA is because Popeyes is 5 minutes from the house and CFA is 15 minutes from the house, and she isn't the one going to pick it up...

I think, based on other posts, we live fairly close. Kind of the same - that CFA is way the hell down Airline, so even if I did have a hankering I don't want to drive way down there for it. I also just like Popeyes food better. The difference in service is a negligible factor to me in fast food, but I can't say I've ever had bad service at that Popeyes.

I am 50/50. Most of the time that I go to Popeyes it’s to get the sandwich and I end with a 3 piece meal instead. And I go out of my way for the CFA breakfast biscuits. Those are 🔥!
Yea those breakfast biscuits do be good.
I don't do fast food very often, so when I go for it I go for it. I'll grab a sandwich and a 5 strip meal and that's my day.

I had Popeye's one yesterday. It was good but I think I prefer CFA.

I actually like the KFC sandwich as well.

At what point do these "marginalized groups of people" get feed up and speak out against all these mega-companies invoking them in the name of "all publicity is good publicity"? This stuff makes my head hurt... I mean... What's the point? Do the overwhelming masses of investors and customers really care that much about DEI scores for companies that provide Chicken, Beer, Over-Priced bathing suits? Am I the only person that finds this all hilariously dumb?

Yea, the reason this stuff is becoming a big deal, is because people are just now being told they should think it's a big deal. Not much has changed in the past five years other than people being told to make a big deal about it.

People are going to be starting vegetable gardens by the time pride month is over and they are boycotting everything.

Ah, the irony. They do not boycott CFA because of its tortuous treatment of chickens before slaughtering them. And not because CFA makes Americans fat by deep-frying that chicken and serving it on white bread. It's because CFA is not discriminatory enough. CFA should be Christian without being Inclusive; the two are obviously incompatible.

It recalls the line from Life of Bryan: "what Jesus blatantly fails to appreciate is that it is the meek that are the problem."

Anyway, Raising Cane's is much better.
