My only issue with Cane's is the closest one is 40 minutes away. Meh.

I've moved away from the DMV area Dave, so not for long!!!!! Just my luck, there over 33 years and now they decide to start building Canes around the area....I think within a year or 2 there will be one much closer for you....LUCKY!!!!!

Yeah, I hope so. Have the same issue with Sonic. There's one in Manassas. About 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Actually closer than I thought so I might have to go check it out this weekend. I haven't been to a Sonic in like 10 years, but used to enjoy it on the rare occasions I ate there.

I find Canes average. Their sauces are what make special.

To me, it's bland compared to Popeyes but better than a lot of other options. I like the toast, fries and chicken overall. It's a pretty solid meal.

I don't do much fast food tho. Usually once a week, and a chicken place once or twice a month.

There is one in Rockville MD (Shady Grove Rd) but that may not be closer to you....my boys used to love that place.....

Yeah, the Manassas location is closer. Probably about a 10 minute difference. And the traffic out that way can be brutal.

Man the toast is awesome. Wish Popeyes would offer it instead of that hockey puck for a biscuit they have.

As the CFA and Canes slowly crawled north towards WI I have made trips. The first CFA was 45 minutes away and I made a few trips. The first Canes near me is 30, opened a year ago and I have yet to make the trip.
