I would say so. It had an awesome campaign and is still the best multiplayer game on xbox ... IMO of course

if you pick the game up at midnight, i doubt it would be a used copy

I seem to buy the "last copy" at Gamestop on a regular basis where they pull the disk and put it in the display box. It's never been a problem.
