I had posted about this last year in one thread about how we were with Cap One Savings earning .30% . After seeing a commercial for Cap One 360 Savings and 4.35% rate, we went in and were told "we had to switch the type of account and it was up to us to discover this account"
They had no intent of advising existing Savings accounts that they had a new, much higher interest Savings account.

We had several months of our money sitting in .30% rate when it could have been 4.35% and I wasn't happy but not much I could do.

Now looks like they finna have to pay up.

Just a reminder that Ben Affleck has been married to her, to J-Lo....and was once told he was unwelcome at a Vegas casino for being too good at playing blackjack.

Imagine accomplishing one of those, let alone all 3 😆.

At least Capital One didn't get hacked this time?

And yet by all accounts he's a deeply unhappy man with more issues than Time magazine.

Maybe he should open an account with Capital One.

Well there's an issue with their direct deposit this week. Neither I or my wife has received our paychecks into our checking account. This is a system wide issue of not being able to process ACH. It's a bit disconcerting.

Same with making ACH payments...

I initiated a payment on Wednesday, which any other time would have been out of my account by the next day. It still hasn't left my account yet.

Instead of spending $5 billion buying back its own stock, perhaps Capitol One should invest in fixing its infrastructure.

Sir, are you a member of the Communist Party or have you ever been associated with the Communist Party?

Everyone knows that “infrastructure investment” is code word for communism and “stock buy backs” are the only thing holding the line between us and Mao Ze-freakin-dong.

Reminds me I need to get some fellow travelers checks
