I would argue that the "lockdown" that has occurred is not nearly as extensive as theirs.I guess the question is did they lockdown NOLA in time and well enough for the rest of the state / region? I'm assuming probably not.

That's really cool but it's wrong due to testing bias.This data set is amazing. It also shows how the outbreak traveled. Basically, The west coast got hit first by direct flights from Asia, and then the East Coast got hit from Europe, while also west coast travel started infecting the east coast and central parts.
