There are only a few teams that you can count on to make crazy choices on a consistent basis. The Cowboys are the prime example. "People" seem to think the Cowboys are a great organization, but they are the only NFC team to not play in an NFC Championship game this century for a reason. Having an untouchable GM is a bad way to run a team.

I think he's pretty far down the list of in play and he's even further down the list now that Moore looks like he won't be going to Dallas. And frankly, Rizzi might be a better HC than Brian Shottenheimer.
