He had to make a split second decision there. I can't blame him. I'm sure after seeing the video, he probably wishes he had done more though.

The guy running behind him that eventually stopped it very well may have been telling him to move.

Thoughts in the head of guy in light blue shirt.
"What a great game that was, ok!, let me shake some hands and get out of here, the wife made stove top stuffing mmmm. Wha wha wha, I'm driving a golf cart from the passenger seat floor. better steer this thing towards some cheerleaders and bail."

The cart pretty much led with the crown of the bumper. Big fine coming.

That video is a perfect metaphor for the cowgirls season. Brilliant

lol that dude was in no position to do anything. One second he's talking with people on the ground and the next he's bent in half riding a cart on the passenger side, probably in some real pain. What did you expect him to do? John McClane it?

Seriously? He only should sue if he has permanent brain damage? When you run a business like that you assume the risk, and when someone on your property gets hit by a cart like that, you should expect to dole out some compensation. They probably have insurance that covers that anyway.

1. I didn't know Toyota made golf carts.
2. It's funny the one guy already in the golf cart decides it's best to bail instead of stopping it.
