Cutting the cable, lets talk options and media setups (3 Viewers)

OK, finally ditching AT&T Uverse. Been throwing money away for years. Can I get away with 75mbs internet or is 150mbs needed?
150 is best, especially if you have multiple TVs.

since I had picked up a VPN for the first time in my life I decided to finally look into a Debrid account. Used a Xenon build and linked all the Seron and Venom stuff. Worked ok for a few days but since then its been hot garbage. First, rewinding and fast forwarding seem like they were programmed in the 80s. Buffering all over the place. Basically just unsatisfactory viewing at best and and totally unwatchable at times. I thought using a paid service would take care of these kinds of issues but I am about to fold the towel on the venture forever.

there is a lot of greek in this post for those who haven't done this. It still looks like Greek to me too.

I use debrid with the Cinema HD and Cyberflix apps on the firestick and android boxes and it works great. I couldn't imagine ever not using debid now.
I gave up on Kodi a long time ago. The stand alone Terrarium clones are just better, imo.

ok, somebody splain this Lucy. I bought a flat antenna piece to run under a window and get my powered Antenna outside. But after I moved, the only channel I have issues with is NBC and I didn't care enough to run it. So I get home today and the channel is bad enough that I would be aggravated watching the game. I moved it around inside the house with no luck. So I break out the piece, run it through the window, unplug the antenna from the Firecast and bam, I have perfect reception with no antenna. How can I have perfect reception without antenna but plug it in and it cuts out?

Any time you move or change antennas you should run a scan for channels on the TV.

good to know. I will do that (maybe I can pick up PBS with it outside, never could get that one). right now Im not even breathing too hard, at least not as long as the Rams have a chance to lose lol.
PBS is voodoo in the NOLA area. Some people get it. Some don't. We don't. Who knows?

As for scans, keep it in mind. Typically you should scan a few times per year as the seasons change.

Im actually sitting here watching youtube on the the 4kOnn streamer right now. Its really impressive for 19.99
