Darren Rizzi’s presser: “I’m an accountability guy. We’ve been doing things the same way here for a long time. Change is needed.” (1 Viewer)

Listening to the players talk about the coaching change i hear.... "he's a leader" "being held accountable for the little things" The whole energy of the players is completely different.

asking Alvin if they expected a coaching change after last week(the look on his face).... "i aint got nothing bad to say about DA but......you could said we was expecting it the week before and the week before and the week before, so you know..... our job is to play......"

Yeah, easy to see in games DA never chewed anyone out no matter how big of a mistake they make.
Hell, you could even throw two pick-sixes while Taysom is flinging dimes in timing patterns and DA will still have your back. Pretty big change from, "what cleats are you wearing!?"

He was still on the staff when we got to this position. I hope he's magically more accountable than the last 2 months
