Give every hire at least 2 seasons and fire nobody until the season is at an end. You will have plenty of time during the playoffs to find a qualified coach that is available...and when that day comes you will still have the credibility to attract a coach worthy of the ask.

He is probably not expecting any coaching changes. We the fans will demand change and unfortunately for him, this is a business that fans ultimately control. If he doesn't win the division or make the playoffs he will be removed and so will Pete.

We have to live and die on the Carr contract for this year and next but after that, if he doesn't produce at a Pro Bowl level he is gone. Money talks in this business and most other business. Fans stop buying merchandise, going to games, and concessions etc, etc. Coach DA is feeling the heat he just doesn't have to show it to the media and us.
