Derek Carr practiced today. (1 Viewer)

And Tua wasn’t concussed that time either. You ever been tested for a concussion. It’s not very scientific. Not saying he wasn’t or was but being in the concussion protocol isn’t the end all be all of it.
It's one thing to have a doctor mis-evaluate you. It's another to say Carr was faking an injury. For that to be true, Carr would need to influence the league doctor's decision. Very unlikely claim.

To my knowledge I’ve never had a concussion so is more of a question

What would be the affects of a mild concussion 3-4 days later in terms of a practice ?

We have seen some players be concussed and go to wrong huddle others no sign on field of a concussion but have their helmet taken

A rib injury seems would affect throws a few days later not sure about a concussion of what I’d guess is mild though not sure if there is such as Mild and how ones is tested
I’ve been dealing with post concussion syndrome for a year and a half. After talking to many doctors, etc. I’ve come to the conclusion that all concussions are not created equally and vary person to person. Some people can quickly recover from a severe blow, while others could potentially die from what appears to be a benign blow. I’ve questioned players who took a long time to come back, or didn’t at all, after a concussion. Now my heart goes out to them. It can be a horrible, confusing, debilitating experience.

I had a concussion in basketball. Was tripped into a wall. Was fine the next day.

I saw someone get a concussion in rugby. Got flipped in the air and landed head first. He was off for a week.

I saw someone get a concussion in baseball. Got hit in the head with a bat during a practice swing. He was out for a month.

Scary injuries to see.

It obvious DA don’t care if you got a broken back or 10 concussion you have a o play

TBH..after getting down 21-0, we probably saw one of the better QB games of the year until the injury. It is a hard call..especially with the int more Juwan's fault than Carrs that totally got the game off on wrong foot.
Curious, so I checked:

17/19, 208 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, 129.8 rating

after we were down 21-0.

So what you're saying is that in the process of having his best game of the season, beginning to silence the boos in the dome, and making a big comeback, he decided to fake an injury to get the rest of the game off just to play against the Panthers instead? Sure, that's logical.
These clowns have no idea of what it is like to be pile driven by a 265 pound athlete.
