Doug Nussmeier is Offensive Coordinator , Saints officially finalized hire per Underhill (16 Viewers)

I feel that you and those that agree with you are in a tiny minority. What tends to happen is we all may say that but when faced with it, everyone gripes and complains and absolutely trashes everything about the team, coaches and Loomis along with front office. And of course losing like that….makes for a very loooong year.
Oh it does. I want to win. Who plays to lose? But if the season starts going downhill, then it wouldn't matter. I can't not root for us to win. And I really don't believe we are that bad. I mean injuries were horrible this year.

I’m sure they are. There were some writers saying Mickey was “forcing” coaches on Kellen, but guys like Jahri and Bryan Young are guys teams keep around through multiple regimes, and likely who they were referring to.
If that’s the case I’m ok with it lol

If Moore decides to start Carr and they win the division but lose in the Wildcard round, there will be plenty complaining about winning too many games and not getting a top draft pick. It seems like some want to suck till the Saints get a top 5 pick, then "poof" Super Bowl.

I'm excited with our new coaching regime change, but I'm still thinking we will have a development year next season and have a very good draft spot. Top 5 is not out of the question in my opinion. Probably more like top 15, but for a QB, I'm good with packaging future picks. It's the only position I'm cool with packaging future picks to go up and get.

I think they win the division. But I've been called loco before. :)

Honestly, I feel the same about it too. It won’t take much to win our division and I can see us getting a bump with a new coach and there is no way in the world we end up with as many injuries as we had the football gods would never do that 2 years in a row right? I feel the urge to nock on wood or bow to a statue of Barry Sanders or something.

I'm wondering how the Eagles feel about us picking off some their coaching staff?

From the way I see it, this was bound to happen sooner or later.

Over years, the Eagles were getting our former Saints players (in the like of Darren Sproles, Malcom Jenkins, CJ Garner-Johnson, Zach Baun, Patrick Robinson) either in FA or trades. Which by the way helped the Eagles franchise to 4 SB trips & 2 Super Bowl victories.

It's almost like we are finally cashing in all of our favors that the Eagles has been owing us
