It might work, who knows. I know Matt Ryan was not the answer for many years, so we shall see. I remember few years ago when Matt Schaub returned to be a backup, he stepped in and threw for over 500 yards, thinking to myself even then, Matt Ryan would of never done that. Ryan has always been a smoke and mirrors QB, he looks good, sometimes even looks elite, but that offense in ATL has never went anywhere under his guidance except for the one season Shanahan was there as OC. Even when they had Gonzo, Julio, Roddy White, that team has always suffered due to him.

I expect both teams are still looking to upgrade and if they can’t find anyone else they will rely on the running game and defense to win and hopefully next year they get their qb.
