I won't say too much but the dog and her puppies still creeps me out.

The Damnation Game is very good as is The Great and Secret Show, Imajica, the Hellraiser books, and The Books of Blood

All of his early work is great.
Mr. B. Gone and The Scarlet Gospels are pretty good too.
