All I have to say is Russell Erxleben.

Pretty weak. Most of this board wasn’t even alive when the Saints drafted Erxleben. Thats like saying we shouldn’t get on a boat because of the titanic.

I tried to want the Saints to lose, but something about Baker and Mike Evans, I starting wanting us to win. And then that stupid last play to Evans to somehow make a statement that he is anywhere on the same plane as Jerry Rice was ridiculous. I wish the Saints had picked it off for a pick 6.

Look, I didn’t like the Evan’s record either.

But if we are calling it like it is, when you do anything in football and the only other person to do it is Jerry Rice, it’s something. He isnt Jerry Rice, but to be the ‘only’ with Rice, it’s an accomplishment.

Wouldve been nice to have Lattimore with 2 good hamstrings today though to be the one to end the streak.

We can all collectively agree that we are glad this is over.

Won’t be long and we can start fighting about the next HC hire. But the 2024 season, is over. 5-12. RIP.
