It is, but I don't think it's going to affect track position that much. It's not like anyone is going to overtake someone else while the safety car is out there.

Eh, superstars like to complain, even about small stuff. This isn't the first thing he's complained about and won't be the last.

Yeah, it's certainly not like how Nascar does it. I'm still a relatively new F1 fan myself, but it's pretty interesting for sure.

I mean, I suppose so, but I don't think that would affect the order of the cars much. I'm not entirely sure what the rules are during the safety car laps. But I figure if you can't overtake while it's out there, then I'm not really understanding what the big deal is.

I guess I got into F1 because I think the engineering differences between teams is so cool when I watched the show. That doesn't happen in Nascar, and then there's also the problem of a boring oval.

Really the more you learn about it, the better it is to watch. You'd think, ok, it's just racing, but there are so many rules I haven't even figured out yet. It's almost NFL complicated.

I dunno. Nascar is doing a lot of interesting stuff. New Next Gen ares are pretty interesting. They are doing plenty of road races, and this weekend is a dirt race in Bristol which should be fun. Every track is pretty unique and I like the way they break the races up in stages and the points system for Nascar is better imo. Also, I like that there are more cars on the track. More racing to see.

I watch both and I feel like Nascar is more fun to watch. But I think part of it is the drivers aren't afraid to mix it up. There's some of that in F1, just not as much.
