Has the motion to dismiss been filed? I missed that report, if it has.

Decent article. They touch on the hypocrisy of the NFL but the thing that bothers me is the fact that they still believe we actually had a bounty program and were intentionally trying to injure others. Thats what i dont like about it. Its hard to find a perfect article
No. But it's coming.
I don't think Goodell has been served yet. At least, there's no indication of service in the electronic court record.
After he's served, he has 20 days to file responsive pleadings (which will be a motion to dismiss). Of course, he may get additional time from Vilma, it's common and considered a courtesy among counsel to not oppose a reasonable extension.

Local rules also allow for an automatic extension of 21 days by ex parte motion unless Vilma files an objection into the record. I would be very surprised to see a motion to dismiss filed before July 1.
Jonathan Vilma @JonVilma51
“@Mjstdenis: @JonVilma51 Not all in the media are in Goodell's pocket. Good read NFL News, Videos, Scores, Teams, Standings, Stats - FOX Sports on MSN read
The ruling on the motion to dismiss is going to be huge. If Vilma gets through that, Goodell and the league are going to be in a very precarious position.

Yeah, that's probably a good estimate. Though it's possible that the commissioner may actually want to get it filed earlier. If you're Goodell, the sooner this goes away (if it's gonna go away) the better.
Did Vilma get the courtesy of a meet with Goodell to discuss his role or see evidence against him? If Goodell had done that, maybe things wouldnt be where they are now!
JV wants his rep and his job back! If the case is not dismissed, IMO, Vilma should go full throttle!
