to be fair to his college coaches, 32 teams didn't see an every down back either including us. And that is a good thing because if we had, either Lattimore or Ramczyk likely wouldn't even be on this team.

Ramczyk was a different draft. Not sure how Lattimore's draft status had anything to do with us trading up to draft Kamara.

No sir. Latt and RAM were our first rounders that year. And my point was that had we known what Kamara was, we may have used one of those two picks on him.

Except for his early game fumble while fighting for extra yards, he was just showing the football world what he would be doing in the NFL.

I was all about Kamara prior to the draft. I still wanted CMC really bad, but when the Saints got Kamara when they did, I was elated

If we're being fair though......Saban apparently didn't really know what he had in Kamara, either.

RB depth-wise, Saban probably had better reasons for that than Butch Jones, but still.

It isn't a matter of Saban not knowing what he had as it was a matter of Kamara having some problems. Kamara was wild at Alabama. He got suspended, arrested, and then left.
