What's with this idiotic idea that if we put football back in LA, we need two teams? Why don't we let them prove they can support one before throwing two at them?
Mayor Garcetti thinks it's "highly likely" the NFL returns to L.A. Next season
Mayor Eric Garcetti says its 'highly likely' that NFL team will come to Los Angeles - ESPN Los Angeles
I suspect he's probably right, but I don't put much stock in what a mayor says about his city. He's going to put the most positive spin on any story as possible. Remember the San Antonio mayor in 2005.
Honestly, I don't mind seeing a team move back to L.A. I just prefer it be a team that was in Los Angeles previously or already in California, rather than the constant move threats for teams like Minnesota, Buffalo, and Jacksonville.
I think I'm in the minority when I say this, but I think L.A. Deserves the Rams. They were there for 50+ years.

Also, St. Louis has the worst record for the past 10 years it seem. It is hard to maintain a fanbase with that. It won't last longer if they continue to be the one of the sorriest teams in the league in LA.
