I think we can rule out any legitimate reasons for these drones, like surveying and whatnot. If it were legitimate, we would have heard something from the operators by now.

These drones that have been observed by Ocean county PD are not producing a heat signature. That rules out pretty much all conventional drones. This is so far beyond any hobbyist's that may be trolling.

This can’t be just some prankster having fun unless he’s traveling over several states to do this. It’s either several copycats, an unknown organization, a government agency (foreign or domestic), or aliens. I still find it hard to believe that we can’t track them and find out their origin.
