If I remember correctly, didn't Rickey Jackson get voted in the last time the SB was held in New Orleans?

Rickey Jackson got in after a lot of eyebrows were raised when Andre Tippett was inducted before him.

I think he deserves the Hall because he’s a two time champion.
Saying that, he’s not a first ballot.

Jim Plunkett isnt in yet but might appear on the SR Ballot when they cut from 31 to 9/12

There is no set number, so there is nothing to increase.

There is however a max number...4 to 9
A maximum of 5 of which can come from the above semifinalist list
That last 3 could come from the 3 SR Candidates, 1 Coach Candidate, and 1 Contributor Candidate

With the recent separation of Coach and Contributor into different categories I could see the max going up to 10 (if it hasnt already)
