The Saints do not have a worse front office or owner. And the Jets also have coach killer, Aaron Rodgers. And, some of us like living in New Orleans. And that NY media eats coaches alive.

While I don’t live in NYC, I live in New York State and have visited “the city” a lot. For me, that place is a nightmare of congestion, noise, and bloviating personas. I’d rather live in NOLA… by a lot. Preferred cultural style and far friendlier people.

Yes. I know some people who lived in NYC for many years and moved to NOLA. They love NOLA because it's less crowded, cost of living is much lower, and they could buy a big house Uptown for less than they were paying for a tiny one bedroom apartment in NYC.

But, different people like different things and want different things from life. I have no idea if Glenn would prefer NYC (or NJ) over NOLA or not.

Family is an important consideration when deciding to move across the country for a job.

Yep. Something I think we all tend to forget about when discussing who should or shouldn’t want certain jobs.

Sometimes these things could literally boil down to a significant other strongly wanting or not wanting to be somewhere.

AG got an 8-28 record as HC somewhere else that needs to be overlooked or "looked at beyond the results"? Don't know if you're aware, but if you saw the injuries on the Saints OFFENSE this year, AG been dealing with an identical situation on his DEFENSE. That defense was held together with scotch tape and 2nd-3rd stringers....and STILL went 15-2 until yesterday. Under those circumstances, I'm impressed he got that defense to the division title and #1 seed. He has done more with less than DA had. JMO...

But admittedly, his defense crapping the bed yesterday was very DA-resemblant....when it mattered most.

The Lions D lost even more than our O did. Plus you throw in 5 TOs including a pick 6. I doubt the 86 Bears could have done much better

Glenn is from Humble TX I doubt HE prefers NYC
