The "funny" thing about all of this is that in AMERICA there is a supposed to be a presumption of innocence. Everyone is supposed to be presumed innocent prior to a plea or conviction. But CLEARLY in America, according to quite a few people on this board arrest = guilt.
And to take it even further, Amnesty International (I believe that is the name) is a progam designed to get innocent, (that's right INNOCENT not NOT GUILTY) individuals out of prison and off of death row.
So, I am not really shocked but more like appalled at how many people are already convicting Vilma on just hearsay, a report or what have you... It is surprising to me how many people are already defending the police without "KNOWING" anything. I am equally surprised for those defending Vilma without "KNOWING" anything. Especially since, most of us on this board were not there to see or hear anything.
I don't know a thing about the officer but I at least have heard that Vilma is a stand-up guy and yet I still would like to hear all of the "facts/details" prior to saying Vilma is innocent or guitly and that the cop is right or wrong.
