Brady has said that he’s not desperate to jump at the first HC offer - if he gets one - and that he’s content to stay in Buffalo if the right situation isn’t available.
So Brady isn’t a given, even if everything else falls as some have predicted.
This is where I’m starting to think that it’ll be Rizzi if McCarthy and Glenn go elsewhere.
Nosaints are gonna miss out on Glenn going to the jets and mccarthy going to the bears, holding the bag again with leftovers

I guess we're about to find out how attractive the Saints job with no QB, bad cap, and an older roster really is. I can't wait to hear how Mick spins that the Bucs OC was our top choice. If all the OC's and OHC's go to other teams, and the remaining OC's elect to stay in their current roles for less money, would that not be a huge indicator of how the league feels about our offensive talent (particularly our QB)?
Brady is in the same boat with all the potential first time HCs, he's an unknown.Hopefully. I suspect Joe Brady would be better then both of them.
Marquee at grabbing headlines. LolSchultz lost me when he said the Jets were a marquee franchise.
Yep, our only chance to get a quality head coach was to act fast and persistent. The Saints (Mickey) could be in denial, pretending like they have options. Forcing the Bears to make a decision yesterday, for Mike, or the Jets for Glenn, could’ve given us an advantage. We do not need to have face to face meetings with either of those guys because they both worked here.saints are gonna miss out on Glenn going to the jets and mccarthy going to the bears, holding the bag again with leftovers
It was suggested Moore would go to Dallas, and Kingsbury is already getting paid HC money through 2026 due to the contract extension he signed with the Cardinals before being fired. It would say a lot, but I really don't see Brady, Kingsbury, Moore, and Kafka all turning down the job. I get that it's not perfect, but it is an NFL HC job and if you want a solid QB, Carr is a solid QB. He makes too much money next year, but he's still a top 15 QB if a coach wants to start at that point. There is always the Broncos route where you go with Carr this year, cut him next year, and then draft a QB. And we have the building blocks of an OL and WR corps. We don't have the young QB in the draft route at this point, but neither did Denver.
I also think that all these young OCs might look at Ben Johnson, but Ben Johnson is apparently about to take the Raiders job after refusing what turned out to besome solid to good jobs last year. And they could all turn into Bobby Slowik really quickly.

Unless Tom Brady has a lot of pull there I just don't see the appeal in that franchise.Ben Johnson apparently loves the Raiders.
