Kamara tests positive for COVID (2 Viewers)

Full disclosure here:

I tested positive for Covid-19 about 2 months ago...even though I wore a mask and sanitized while in public for at least 4 months prior.
But I also had surgery a month before testing positive and my immune system wasn't 100% yet.

Hoping that Kamara will be ok and that he'll learn from this experience.

@TribuneUK you think this is acceptable? Out riding bikes with kids and partying in clubs with women? No mask? Now likely missing our first playoff game of test positive again?

you think an apology to the team and the fans is above him!? For his selfish actions?

wow sorry that’s the most idiotic moronic face Palm I’ve ever seen. Your takes are almost always ridiculous.

EDIT: For all of the people not liking the comment, if you think jeopardizing a season for some action and reckless fun is okay, after all we have invested in him to be a leader, then Your out to lunch so fire away on the palms and clowns, it just shows you guys know nothing of being a professional, a teammate or having any responsibility as a professional and don’t understand accountability!
You take feedback real well.

I see a lot of jumping to conclusions on this board, and you seem to be making it a specialty of yours. If there's information that later comes out to support the idea that a player has acted irresponsibly, then yes, as always their leadership and conduct needs to be questioned. But seeing as you've already decided, I guess you don't need to wait before jumping on the blame train. Enjoy that ride 😎

@DJ1BigTymer so you think it’s okay to give him a pass? Or did you not see him out in clubs with no mask on, close quarters. Or riding bikes with kids and what not. This was most certainly avoidable. You don’t get a pass when you are out there risking everything, which is risking your other teammates health and also the whole season. That’s not what leaders do. I’m not saying he’s not a leader. But his actions where quite avoidable, so no he shouldn’t get a pass and an apology for reckless behavior is deserved to ATLEAST his teammates.
Look, he's a grown arse man. I don't care what ANY of them do in in their free time, as long as they are being lawful. Nope, I seen nothing about him hanging out at clubs and as for the pic he posted where he riding his BICYCLE with kids, meh. If he did break protocols he may owe his teammates an apology, but he doesn't owe me anything.

Hopefully contact tracing will reveal how he contracted the virus. If it was some irresponsible act like Duane Haskins then he should at-least apologize to the team and the fan base.

Kamara can come back next Sunday according to an NFL source (as long as he has no symptoms). It also depends when the wild card game is scheduled. If it's a Saturday game we are screwed

This team feels cursed at times. SMH. You'd have thought after Lavar Jackson tested positive and lost playing time, teams would have been MUCH more diligent on keeping their players semi to fully quarantined.

Being cursed is the season Michael Thomas is having.

Kamara getting Covid right before the playoffs is a player putting himself above the team and winning.

Welcome to a virus. You can’t hide from it. The masks prevent little to none. And the numbers are proof on this. You go out and see people wearing masks. Then look at the # of cases.

Glad you are doing okay.

LOL nah I’m not jumping to conclusions, I see the posts. That’s evidence for me. Conclusive evidence he’s out abs about taking unnecessary risks.

what you think I am jumping to conclusions to is up to you. But I know how these things to.
And let me clarify. I didn’t say he wasn’t a leader I said leaders don’t take risks like this that risk his health, his families health his teammates health and his teams season.

The post where I am saying he should apologize to the team at the least is because I have seen photos of him out riding bikes and effing around and also other photos of him with 3 women at a club with no mask on.

as I said IF he tests positive again, which it seems he has then I think apologizing to his team in the least is warranted. Part of carrying yourself as a professional being payed elite money is carrying yourself a certain way and mitigating these things.

he’s still our guy he’s still a stud but this is still a very very bad situation! Abs photos of him out taking unnessary risk is pretty bad look!

Can we make our own bubble if the NFL isn’t going to do it? Please?

this team can't stay healthy for shirt

frustrating

and also he will be rusty as hell in the game when he comes back...After TWO full weeks of doing nothing, and expect to be at elite level is non-sense. Terron Armstead said so himself (about him) and the film proved it against the Eagles.

Patiently waiting for the mayor to throw Kamara under the bus...

Yeah, she won't let him in the Stadium until next year. hahaha
