They’re completely wrong in every aspect. He keeps citing 18 USC 245, which is the criminal statute to enforce federal civil rights laws - it can only be enforced by federal law enforcement and it has no application to a business requiring masks. What a couple of stupid butt crevasses.

I’m sure what you typed is correct, but those 2 weren’t interested in anything except to cause trouble. I highly doubt they even wanted a coffee. They wanted to confront the store owner and that’s it. So glad to see they got arrested.

Yeah, agree. But I think the guy actually thought he was talking some real law. He's getting that bullshirt from some website or YouTube or whatever. And it's totally misplaced - it's junk, he's literally talking like he's throwing law down and it's a pile of dog sheet.

And his little video (that he thought would make them heroes on whatever site it is they're on) is now prosecution exhibit A.
