that's one of the underlying issues here
let's take starbucks
you have a place that does walk-up orders, mobile orders and maybe even drive-thru orders
you have an instore customer who sees 2 people in front of her, orders, then waits and waits and waits not knowing that there are 20 other orders in front of her
it's completely frustrating bc your eyes are telling you 'not busy' while the barristas are actually swamped and have been since opening
it's a system almost built to generate frustration

i get that look a lot when i use the App for Mobile orders at fast food places, McD, BK or Pizza Hut. I am actually amazed at the amount of people who walk in and order at Pizza Places..
