Would be a bummer if Kirkwood missed game.

As I mentioned right after the Eagles game... I saw Kirky limp off the field. Hopefully he’s just getting treatment on a Wednesday

I’m trying to think about who would take Kirkwood’s spot. Carr ? TLL? He’s a diderent type of player than both of them. It’s surely too early to wonder but I’m assuming we told Marshall to stay ready.

Sucks that Peat is also hurt because it's hard to just say let's implement a run-heavy offense.

Maybe Dan Arnold gets another shot if we need pass catchers.

Oh I really hope I don't have to see Carr or TLL out there running routes for a NFCCG.

I’m thinking it would be Carr. He’s not as big and physical as Kirky, but he knows the role and the offense. If Kirky can’t go, I’d imagine Dan Arnold gets on the active roster

I was thinking the same as far as bringing in Dan Arnold for this one. I could see us trying to use some heavy sets to establish the run which would make him effective as a play action option. He can also split out wide and has pretty good hands.

Considering how little time is left in the season, if neither one is on IR by the end of the day, they probably don't have major injuries.

I’m shocked on how Carr turned out. I really thought he would be Snead like.

Any thoughts as to why he isn’t meeting expectations. Those patriot highlights he has are quite outstanding

A while back there were people trying to compare him to Lance Moore and their physical traits. SMH They were way off base on that comparison. But that is not to say Carr can't contribute. He is a capable guy who has good hands and run good routes. Just lack the experiences and the chemistry.

In those highlights he's going against guys that were flipping burgers the next week, maybe?

I think sometimes it just comes down to a physical talent thing and I don't think he has enough pure physical talent to be a consistent enough threat in this league.
